How It Works?
- We can offer you personal training in-home, at a your office, or at your gym if allowed.
- Training Sessions Last for 60 minutes and is best to be performed 2-3 days per week.
- Training Sessions are designed specifically to your current fitness level, as well as your specific goals.
- Personal Training can be performed from 5 am to 8 pm M – S (depending on availability)
- With all personal training you get Cardio Programming for off days, you also get Nutritional Guidance/Coaching specific to your goals.
Cost & Contract
- Costs will vary depending on how many days of training per week, distance to home, and if there is more than one person training together.
- Personal Training rates ranges from $35 – $70 per Session.
- There is no contract; you can pay each session, week, or month.
